All medicine comes from the earth, it transcends time and cultural barriers, and it expresses itself in many beautiful colours, skills and miracles. Each of us carry medicine from our mother line and our father line, and as we walk across the earth, we absorb the wisdom of the plants, the rocks, the animals and the people that have passed before us. We meet other people far from home, and learn about their traditional healing practices, their rituals and creation stories that are woven into the land. Some of us carry strands of different cultures in their bloodstream, others receive visits in their dreams from places and times they are not familiar with, resonance from past lives and astral projections. A cross-cultural shamanic course , Roots helps you develop the gifts you carry from this lifetime and beyond. The course helps you to root deeply into your own medicine, the one from your lineages and the one unique to you, that comes from braiding all your colours, braiding all your roots. The course is a combination of theory, shamanic healing work and hands on herbal remedies workshops. A journey through time, space and the layers of the soul, an exploration of the underground networks that connect you to all life forms and to your medicine roots. Classes are recorded for your convenience and you will have access to a private member forum with resources, community sharing and Q&A sections. Classes 1) Putting down roots: introduction, course overview, circle weaving 2) Shamanic herbalism: stories and practices 3) Rooting your medicine: spiritual herbalism 4) Ancestors brew: plant spells and potions 5) Landscape of spirit and soil: shamanic practices 6) Branching out: plant art and the sap of creative energy 7) Lifetimes cross pollination ( part 1) : retrieving your power from past lives 8) Woven into the land : nature medicine and other tools for healing 9) Braiding lineage : embracing wholeness Roots is the first of 3 levels of our cross-cultural shamanic healing course. The second level will run in spring and summer 2022, and the third one in autumn and winter 2022. The first level can be a stand alone.
