In the Mayan tradition the hummingbird is the archetype of the innocent heart and when we get too serious or too busy, it comes in and nudges us to lighten up, to let the wind brush away our worries and restore full presence of mind and spirit.

Come join us at this lunchtime meditation to relax, expand and learn a little bit about the extraordinary tradition of the Mayan people. 

We begin with a greeting to the spirit of the hummingbird, enter a guided meditation and at the end we can share our experiences and talk about the wisdom teachings of the hummingbird in mayan cosmology.
