About the Event

Lighten up the Heart is an online meditation that helps you stay connected, stay grounded and support your spirit with positive, healing energy.

Here's how it works:

We begin with a simple breathing excersise to relax the body and quieten the mind.

Cinzia opens sacred space and invoke the Guardians of the Day, to hold space for you and the group, to protect and guide you. Then the meditation begins and as you follow her voice, you are transported into the magical world of shamanic healing. During the meditation Cinzia shares words of wisdom from the spirit guides, and she leads you through some  simple yet effective shamanic practices to restore peace in your heart and mind. Lighten up the Heart provides relaxation, healing, transformation and guidance. Participants often say that the meditation is subtle yet powerful, deeply transformative, and that it helps them be at peace within themselves and in the world.

Every week we have a different theme so you have a chance to bring balance to different aspects of your inner and outer life.

At Lighten up the Heart we gather in circle to connect to the medicine of the day, bless our path and raise the vibration of love for ourselves, our communities and the world at large.

The theme for this week will be " The Hummingbird Flight ".

As it continues to bring together people from all over the world, Lighten up the Heart has become a sanctuary for many, so why don't you come and join us? Simply sign up for FREE.

No experience necessary as you will be gently guided step by step.

Cinzia is a shamanic healer and teacher who trained extensively with the Mayan wisdom keepers. She co-founded Ixchel Healing Arts, and teaches shamanism internationally, in English, Spanish and Italian.
