This is a special edition of Lighten up the Heart shamanic meditation to hold a vision of peace for the world.

We come together to greet the Mayan Guardians of the day , channel their guidance and together weave prayers for peace in Ukraine, Russia and across the whole human nation. It's easy to feel overwhelmed by the state of the world at the moment, so let's get together to meditate, take action and empower ourselves to hold a vision of peace and harmony. Lighten up the Heart is a guided meditation and the special edition focuses on cultivating kindness and compassion within us, to promote healing of the individual and of the collective.There will be space for sharing and to learn about the wisdom teachings of peace and unity.

The meditation begins with a simple breathing excersise to relax the body and quieten the mind.

We open sacred space and invoke the Mayan Guardians of the day, then the meditation begins and my voice guides you into the magical world of shamanic healing. At times I use a Shamanic Drum and do ritual. During the meditation you hear words of wisdom from the spirit guides, and you can restore peace in your heart and mind. Lighten up the Heart provides relaxation, healing, transformation and guidance. 

Every week we have a different theme so you have a chance to bring balance to different aspects of your inner and outer life.  The theme for this week will be " Weaving Unity " .
