Cinzia is a shamanic healer and teacher who trained extensively with the Mayan wisdom keepers. She co-founded Ixchel Healing Arts, and teaches shamanism internationally, in English, Spanish and Italian. In June 2021, Lighten up the Heart took a break to travel to Mexico where Cinzia was running shamanic retreats in the Mayan Land.
