In all Mesoamerican traditions, the Sun represents a primal ancestor that watches over us all and fills our days with his warmth and compassion. 

In the Mayan tradition the Solar Disc is a deity reflected in the human being through the light of consciousness. We are all the incarnated Sun God in human form and through his light we find our strength, integrity and purpose.  Come join us  to relax, meditate and learn a little bit about the extraordinary tradition of the Mayan people. We start with a greeting to the spirit of the Sun, enter a guided meditation and at the end we can share our experience and talk about the wisdom teachings of the Sun in mayan cosmology.
