Shamanic Journey Course

Do you practice shamanic journey and wish you had more clarity and understanding ? Are you new to shamanic journey and wish to learn to connect to your guides safely and efficiently? This course may be just what you need.

Shamanic Dreaming is a shamanic journey course that helps you meet your guides, build your spirit team and align your daily life visions with your night dreams. We meet on Tuesdays for an evening of theory and practice and you are given some fun homework to strengthen the technique and work with your night dreams in between classes.

In the shamanic tradition, both ancient and contemporary, dreams and visions are an essential aspect of the work of the shamanic practitioner. Trance states, night dreams and dreams awake are the territory where the shaman threads light, gathering the medicine and the messages from spirit.

You too can learn the art of shamanic dreaming to tap deeper into your inner guidance, expand your consciousness and strengthen your boundaries.

This is a dynamic course where the theory is woven organically into the practice. Classes are friendly and relaxed, with lots of space for dreaming, sharing and asking questions. You will practice shamanic journey, establish your Spirit Team and create your inner dreamscape to become confident in accessing the invisible realms. You also receive a drumming recording to journey on your own.

The dreaming and ceremonies are in line with traditional shamanism and have a strong influence from the Mayan and Toltec traditions.

The course builds the foundations for safe and efficient shamanic journeying .

Upon completion you will receive a certificate of attendance by Ixchel Healing Arts.

Ixchel Healing Arts is a small ethical company born in Tulum in 2014 as Ixchel Healing Arts Studio, today a thriving international shamanic school.

Cinzia Sarigu

Founder of Ixchel Healing Arts, Cinzia has over 20 years experience in healing, ceremony and shamanism. Born in Sardinia, she lives abroad since 1995 and teaches internationally in different languages. Cinzia was initiated into the Mayan mysteries by the wisdom keepers in Mexico and Guatemala, and teaches others how to connect to Spirit for the well-being of people and planet. Cinzia lived in England for many years where she was initiated into the mysteries of Avalon and trained as a permaculture teacher with the Permaculture Association of Britain. Her permaculture background led her to design and coordinate

sustainable and regenerative projects also in Mexico and Guatemala, where she lived and worked with indigenous communities, therefore her teachings have a strong Mayan and Toltec influence. In recent years Cinzia returned to her ancestral land and has since been teaching Sardinian esoteric mysteries and star lore. She always loves coming back to Tulum and share with its wonderful diverse community.
