Terms and Conditions Ixchel Healing Arts — All Courses and Programmes By registering for any course or programme offered by Ixchel Healing Arts you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Nature of the Work All courses and programmes offered by Ixchel Healing Arts are intended for personal and spiritual development. They do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Participants remain fully responsible for their own wellbeing and personal choices throughout their participation. 2. Course Structure The specific structure, content, dates, and format of each course or programme are outlined on the relevant course page or registration document. This may include live online sessions, recorded materials, written teachings, guided meditations, community spaces, or any combination of these. Where live sessions are recorded, recordings are made available to registered participants. 3. Payments Investment amounts, payment options, and any applicable early bird prices are outlined on the relevant course page or registration document. All fees are stated in GBP (£). Full access to course materials and live sessions is conditional on payment being completed as agreed. Where payment plans are offered, participants commit to completing all instalments. Failure to do so may result in suspension of access until the account is brought up to date. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy A full refund is available within 14 days of booking, provided the course or programme has not yet started and no digital materials have been accessed. Once a course or programme has begun, or digital materials have been accessed, payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to continue participating, you will retain access to any materials already provided, but no partial refunds can be issued. For programmes with payment plans, the cancellation policy specific to that programme will be outlined in its registration document. In cases of genuine exceptional circumstances, please contact Cinzia directly to discuss. 5. Recordings and Materials All teachings, recordings, meditations, and written materials produced by Ixchel Healing Arts are the intellectual property of Cinzia Sarigu. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, sold, or reproduced in any form without prior written permission. 6. Participation and Community Participants agree to engage respectfully in all group environments, whether live or in any shared online space.
