Ixchel is the Mayan goddess of the moon, of weaving, of water and of healing.

She is the medicine keeper, the one who tends the body and the soul. The midwife, the healer. She helps us to restore what has become depleted, fragmented or forgotten within ourselves.

This is an invitation to sit at the healing circle with her.

We gather on the New Moon, in the week leading up to the Summer Solstice, as the sun moves toward the peak of its power and the moon stands at her own threshold of new beginning. It is a potent moment to pause, listen, and receive.
