As we navigate uncertain waters for the days or months to come, it's important to stay connected, stay grounded and feed the spirit with positive, healing energy. 

On our 17th  Lighten Up the Heart meditation we will gather in circle to connect to the medicine of the day, shake off the gloom and raise the vibration of love for ourselves, our communities and the world at large. 

The theme for the meditation will be " The Path of Joy  "
