Nature Spirit is a shamanic workshop that takes place outdoors and helps you connect to the spirit of nature around you.

Through ancient practices from the Toltec and the Mayan tradition ( Mexican shamanism) you enter the dimension of spirit that dwells in the soil, the trees, the clouds, the animals and the energies of the land; you rekindle your relationship to the natural world and learn to invoke your spirit guides. 

The workshop is run by Cinzia Sarigu, shamanic practitioner and teacher, co-founder of Ixchel Healing Arts. 

Cinzia shares her twenty years experience of Toltec and Mayan shamanic practices to help others connect to the Earth and her sacred energies. Her work speaks directly to the heart and is accessible to everyone.

The workshop provides healing, guidance and learning.

No experience necessary as you will be guided step by step. 

The workshop takes place in Hampstead Heath, North London, the exact location will be provided upon registration. 

It should be a hot day according to the forecast, however being in England...come prepared for all weather !
