On December 21st, we arrive at the threshold of winter’s deepest darkness. The solstice marks the moment when the sun appears to pause before beginning its return, while the new moon offers a blank slate in the quiet, cosmic dark. Together, they create a powerful opportunity to honour both darkness and light, in the world around us and within ourselves.

• Guided shamanic journey: into the darkness of the moon to meet our spirit guides, to receive insight, clarity, and guidance for the path ahead as the light begins to return.
