Nature of the programme The 21 Days Transformation Package is a continuous, individually scheduled programme delivered online over 21 consecutive days. The programme includes: One initial session of approximately 60 minutes on Day 1 One session of approximately 30 minutes on each of Days 2–21 Notes or guidance provided following the meetings, where applicable Any additional support or sessions expressly included in the individual booking confirmation The work is designed as a consecutive process. Cinzia reserves time in her diary for the participant throughout the entire 21-day period and undertakes preparation and follow-up work connected with the programme. It is therefore not treated as a series of separate, independently booked sessions. Payment and confirmation The full programme fee must be paid before the agreed starting date unless a different payment arrangement has been confirmed in writing. The booking is confirmed once payment has been received and the programme dates and daily appointment times have been agreed. Statutory cancellation period Where UK consumer law provides a right to cancel, the participant may cancel within 14 days beginning the day after the booking is made. Cancellation must be communicated clearly by email to info@ixchel-arte.com. If the programme has not begun during this period, any payment received will be refunded. If the participant asks for the programme to begin during the 14-day cancellation period and then cancels before that period has ended, Cinzia Sarigu may retain a reasonable and proportionate amount for the sessions, preparation, notes and other work already supplied. Once the statutory cancellation period has ended, the programme fee is non-refundable, except where required by law. Starting within the cancellation period Where the agreed starting date falls within 14 days of booking, the participant must expressly request that the programme begin before the cancellation period has ended. The participant understands that, once the programme has begun, they will be required to pay for the proportion of the programme already supplied if they exercise a statutory right to cancel. Cancellation after the programme has begun After the statutory cancellation period has ended, no refund or credit will be provided if the participant withdraws from the programme, changes their mind, becomes unavailable or chooses not to complete the 21 days.
