The Dream Lab is a sacred space to work with your night dreams.

Dreams are an important aspect of our life, they help us process emotions, offer insights for our personal healing and provide guidance for our waking state . If you wish to learn more about dreams and how to work with them, the Dream Lab can help you do that. During the lab we enter sacred space and revisit our night dreams to interpret their message. 

I will offer a practice to unlock your dream body and  guide you into a shamanic journey to understand your dream. 

There will be space for sharing and for journalling. 

The dreams you bring to the Dream Lab can be recent, recurrent or old ones, maybe that very vivid dream you had in the past that  you always wanted to understand.
