In Mayan cosmology, Eagle brings abundance into our life so that we may have plenty to share. This week the Mayan meditation takes us to the Heart of the Sky to let our spirit take flight with the eagle and revive the energy of abundance and prosperity. If you're looking for relaxation, gentle healing and guidance, come meditate with us in the Phoenix Cafe Marquee. After the guided Mayan meditation we get a message from the Mayan oracle and if there is time we conclude with a shamanic journey. Bring something to sit or lie on and a blanket for comfort.

This is the last of the season, meditations will resume in December when I’m back from leading retreats in Mexico.
