We begin by lifting any heaviness that may be affecting our heart and psyche at this time, so we can hear our inner stirrings and get insights about our path.

Working within sacred space we journey shamanically to receive guidance and healing by the Guardian of the New Moon, which this month is the Mayan Wolf  Totem.
