The event lasts 1 hour and 10 minutes. The last 10 minutes are a time to journal and reflect on the guidance that emerged from the practices, while soft music plays in the background. If you can't or wish to skip the journalling time, you can. 

New Moon Cafe is a friendly space to pause, listen to the inner voice and set the intentions for the new cycle.

Guided by Cinzia, experienced shamanic practitioner, you will connect to your inner guidance and discover the power that lies within. The event takes place online and you will need to be in a  space where you can relax and not be interrupted. 

You can create sacred space in your home, light a candle, and have pen and paper to write down any spirit messages.

Please have drinking water at hand.

No experience necessary as you will be guided step by step.
