FREE MAYAN RITUAL

In the Mayan tradition the Wind is a guardian, an ally, an ancestor and a healer. 

Working with the wind helps us establish healthier breathing habits and enhances our direct communication with our guides in spirit. 

During this FREE event you'll experience  a Mayan breathing excercise to relax, expand your breathing capacity and connect the heart of the sky and the heart of the earth within you. The breathing excercise is gentle and safe, you will be able to practice at your own pace and will feel the benefits straight away. 

The breathing practice will lead you into a shamanic journey to meet the ancestors of the sacred wind and receive messages and insights.

At the end there will be time to share your experiences and learn about the wisdom teachings of the Wind in mayan cosmology.
