There's something about the turn of a new year that makes us feel ready for change. We make resolutions, set intentions, dream about who we want to become. But here's what I've learned after two decades of shamanic work: lasting transformation doesn't come from willpower alone. It comes from releasing what's holding us back at the deepest level.

That's why today I want to talk about F.I.T. (Focused Intention Technique) and why the beginning of the year is the perfect time to make that shift you've been wanting for....how long?


What is Focused Intention Technique?

Focused Intention Technique or F.I.T. is a powerful mind-body method developed by Loretta Mohl that helps you overcome trauma and restore emotional balance. Using a simple yet highly effective 11-step guided process, F.I.T. addresses trauma at its root cause, not just the symptoms. The technique works with your body's natural healing wisdom to transform limiting beliefs formed during traumatic events and awaken your innate resources to live a clear, vital and joyful life.

Here's how it works: By tuning into your body, with conscious breathing, and guided dialogue, F.I.T. helps you access your subconscious mind where limiting beliefs are stored. These beliefs were formed during events that changed how you view yourself, others, or the world. Trauma doesn't have to be a major event like an accident or abuse, it can be any experience that shifted your perception and created a survival pattern that informs your decisions based on fear rather than trust, so you may feel in bondage and unable to fully feel in charge of your choices.

The 11-step process gently guides you to these root memories without triggering your fight-or-flight response. Instead, it activates your parasympathetic nervous system, your body's natural self-healing mechanism, allowing you to complete the trauma cycle that's been stuck in your body. You're essentially giving your body and mind a second chance to process and release what it couldn't at the time.

The technique directs you faster toward your goals by restoring the spark and courage to take leaps of faith.

What F.I.T. is NOT

It's important to understand that F.I.T. is not hypnosis. You remain fully conscious and in control throughout the entire process. This is a guided body-based technique that works with your awareness, not around it.

F.I.T. is also not a substitute for physical or psychological medical care. While it's highly effective in promoting healing through alternative holistic means, it doesn't claim to be sufficient intervention for health-related issues or concerns. If you're under medical or psychological care, F.I.T. can complement your treatment, but you should work closely with your physician to monitor any changes, especially regarding medications.


At the end of a F.I.T. session, you can expect to feel much lighter, clearer and more positive about your life and the world at large. Sessions are fully guided, take place online, and you receive notes afterwards to support your journey.


The 21 Days Transformational F.I.T Package

The consecutive aspect is crucial. Your mind is incredibly good at returning to familiar territory, even when that territory is painful. By showing up every single day for 21 days, you maintain momentum. You stay in the transformational current, moving through resistance before it has time to rebuild its walls.

Trauma lives in your nervous system and is stored in your body.. F.I.T. works with your body's natural healing capacity to restore emotional balance at the physiological level. Twenty-one days gives your nervous system time to recalibrate, to learn a new baseline of safety and clarity. You're literally teaching your body that it's safe to let go, safe to feel good, safe to move forward.

Committing to show up for yourself every single day for 21 days is not a small task. It asks something of you. It asks you to prioritize your healing, to make space in your life, to choose transformation over comfort. And that commitment itself is part of what makes this work so powerful. When you make this promise to yourself and keep it, day after day, you're proving to yourself that you're worth it. You're demonstrating to every part of your being that you're serious about change.

In the first days, you'll likely focus on releasing old beliefs, stuck emotions, trauma responses. But as you move through the 21 days, something shifts. How it works

F.I.T. works in cycles, and while you can begin with three consecutive sessions (perfect for getting a feel for the process), the 21 Days Transformational Package is where the real magic happens. This is about systematically clearing out old standing blocks and establishing new, healthy thinking patterns that last.

Here's what you're committing to: one hour on the first day, then 30 minutes daily for the remaining 20 days. Yes, the days need to be consecutive, this is you showing up for yourself, every single day for 21 days, to transform your life forever.

It's exceptional value, and it puts you in the fast lane of transformation.

Your 30 minutes daily sessions can be done on Zoom or WhatsApp, can be arranged early in the morning or after office hours (compatible with time zone difference) at no additional cost, because I know life gets busy. Once you book your first session, we'll arrange the rest directly together.


Starting Fresh in 2026

Not ready for the full 21 days? Start with the initial three-session package (45 minutes for the first session, 30 minutes each for sessions 2 and 3, ideally on consecutive days). After that, you can book booster sessions anytime to continue building those new patterns.

My Journey with F.I.T.
